You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 01bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 01bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
01bet is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
01bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
01bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 01bet's sole discretion.
01bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

01bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 01bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
